• Refund eligible after 30 days if no flatmate found.
• Value-of-service portion only; platform fee is non-refundable.
• Requests must be raised within 3 months of purchase.
• Maximum 2 lifetime refunds per account.

Relax Plan (₹749 · 45 days)

• 50% refund after 45 days if fewer than 10 visits were arranged.
• Not applicable if the user did not respond to the assigned Relationship Manager.

Credits

• Non-refundable once used.
• Unspent credits refundable within 7 days of recharge.

All approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days via the original payment method.
